oo naman, twice or thrice ang recit, at nagpapavolunteer siya, at pag ganun take it na. mag pa impress ka, para maalala ka, at sure na galingan sa exams.

favor po, sino po ang meron nito, "The Law Library: Revisiting Traditional and Legal Research Method" from IBP Law Journal Vol 34 No 1, pages 172-183 and 190-217, published last March 2009? badly needed lang po sa subject kong Legal Research. ginalugad ko na po ang google at ang law library wala po eh. salamat sa makakatulong.

Pagnabigyan ka chance to recit ulet sa kanya galingan mo. Hindi yata sya nagtatapos ng round kaya anytime pwede ka matawag kung minsan kasi hindi nya dala classcards kaya sa masterlist o attendance sheet sya nakatingin. sa class namin dati may naexempt from taking the final exam. bases nya midterm exam at recit. Ang tanda ko sabi nya 60+ sa midterm exam at 80+ recit grade both midterms at finals. pero ang tingin ko based lang yun sa recit mo. pag natandaan ka nya na nagrecit ng sobrang ganda once, buong sem yun na ang impression nya sayo. 4 exempted sa class namin. 88+ final grade na bigay nya. the rest mababa na hindi ganong pang QPI.

as long as your score is not one of those which are the lowest in your class, that will do.

i don't think na ganun kalaki ang weight ng quizzes. but for the finals exam, i think it does really matter. and of course, the recits.

malaki ang weight ng recit kay asg tang. impressionist din sya, though pwede ka pa din makabawi, most probably twice or thrice ka lang pwede matawag for a recit sa buong semester. so kung sablay ang una, make sure bawing bawi sa 2nd and 3rd.

she's very smart and madami kayo matututunan sa kanya, napakagandang foundation for criminal law.

Impressionist? Does that mean it would be hard to erase a bad first impression? I should consider this one as bad as a failure, then.

oks lang yan.. basta 2nd and 3rd recit bawi lang, and sa quizzes, just make sure na ma-tatake mo lahat, there are times na hindi sya makakapasok, huwag kayo magdiwang, dahil 90%-99% sure, may quiz yan.. during our time dati sa kanya, nagpunta sya ng washington for almost a month, so almost a month kaming quiz sa time nya.

very considerate din sya, her questions will lead you to the right answer. basta bawi lang.. wag pumasok pag di nakapagbasa, para hindi on deck. pero make sure next meeting aral na aral mo na yung assigned readings. most probably kung sino yung absent last meeting, yun yung una nya tatawagin. so goodluck! madami kayo matututunan sa kanya.. favorite nya si to ling, oanis, fallorina, and ah chong cases. ) READ the FULL TEXT. she'll ask even for the tiniest detail from the full text. haha

hello! my dad's friend who is from san beda law said that there are some fresh grads who would like to tackle some small legal cases to help get their feet wet and build some experience.

so.....im seeking assistance or basically a fresh grad lawyer who can handle a injury case versus kfc. my aunt -- is seeking damages versus kfc for they did not put those wet/slippry floor signs and she hit the glass door and suffered injuries. she is seeking damages to heal but kfc is stubborn.

this is a serious offer and im hoping that any law grad can help out here. taga ust ako but my godfather said san bedans are good in these things.

I'm planning to enroll next school year sa law school. I'm already working, kaso I'm on a graveyard shift, and I don't know if ever malilipat ako sa morning in the future. I would just like to ask if they also have morning classes (like 7:30am-11:00am) or afternoon class (1:00pm-6:00pm)? Btw, I'm a CAS alumnus as well

nope, they dont have morning or afternoon classes. usually ngstart ang class ng 4:30pm.
