Help! Smart Wireless Center

hello there guys, is there someone out here hu will work for SMART WIRELESS Center as a Customer Care officer...coz, i badly need help....di ba we will have training at New World Renaissance Hotel in Makati, ds coming monday but unfortunately i forgot the TIME...and the person to look for....I was so unattentive with the HR personnel kc eh dahil she was asking me to fill-up the form and at the same time listen to what she was explaining kc dami pa pending applicants sa lounge...PLEASE! CO_smart customer care officers help...

hi! pwede bang malaman kung kailan ka nag-submit ng application form mo at kung saan? kasi nung dumaan ako sa main office early this month ang tanong sa kin sa reception kung for interview raw ako. sabi ko, mag-aapply pa lang. then sabi sa kin sa website na raw ang pasahan ng application. e pag bisita ko naman sa smart careers, wala namang opening for csr's. pano bang proseso nila tlaga?

actually they don't accept direct hiring ata for customer care officers applicants, you should go to an agency like Alexander Resources and Mirof coz they are the one who holds the accounts for SMART CCO applicants, they will be the one who will endorse you after you pass a series of interviews and tests.

alexander resources is located at legazpi village, legazpi st.. JAKA II building...

apply ka na lang sa call centers sa eastwood! dun sa IBM plaza madami opening. 22nd Floor!
