    What was the name of that Piers Anthony series about the Incarnations? I couldn't remember the series' name, but I enjoyed those, particularly the books on Death ("On a Pale Horse") and Time ("Bearing an Hourglass")... I actually went around the metro looking for these, but I only found 3 of 7... (Death=Thanatos, War=Ares, Time=Chronos, Fate=Clotho/Lachesis/Atropos, Nature=Gaea, Evil=Satan, and Good=God).

    Also liked the Swords of Power series by R.A. Salvatore...

    Actually Tor just licensed the Malazan Empire books and the first one is coming out this year, albeit in Hardcover.
