that's what i heard from mgt, they transferred to global city coz "cyberzone" (how ironic) can't keep up with the internet needs. minsan we were experiencing longer downtimes. hellooo! parang lahat kaya ng work namin online. i dunno if they did something about it already. i missed that place though. took me only 15 mins from home to work. waaah!

mars11: as far as i know,ongoing pa ang hiring sa outbound program ng APAC. inbound,i have no idea.

Hi guys! Just wanted to ask if any of you have an idea about APAC and the nature of its clients. Does APAC only do outbound or inbound and how much is the starting? I'm thinking of applying with this call centre since malapit lang ito from where I live. Thanks in advance to anyone who will answer. Cheers!
