    Wow, thanks sa mga advice nyo. Magandang motivation talaga. I think it would inspire guys like me lalo kung mag-post kayo ng pics nung nagsastart pa lang kayo magpataba and yung ngayon.

    Ang gagawin ko muna, kain ng kain. A few pounds to gain siguro then itatry ko na magvisit ng gym. Di ko kasi alam na may nagpupunta pala sa gym na mga payatot. Hehe! Nakakaintimidate naman talaga kasi ang mga katawan don. Kahit may mga medyo slim e may mga hubog na rin ang muscles. Hopefully, ako naman, gaya nyo dito, ay makatulong rin in the future sa mga tulad ko ngayong gustong tumaba.

    I'm no expert in this field but based on experience and as said numerous times, diet is a major factor to achieve your goal so you're on the right track. Actually I also want to post that "before" and "after: pic, the problem is I can't find a suitable "before" pic to complement my "after" photo. gusto ko sana yung topless at kita ang gitara ko tapos sa isang pic eh yung may laman na, kaso di makapal mukha ko nun na magpost na kita yung ribcage ko hehe

    Cable: like Sir Blakedaddy mentioned, I also do some biking as my warm up... I don't know with others, but di ko feel yung treadmill. I'd rather take a walk (as I usually do everyday from getting off the van unloading station going to the office! hehehe) than use the treadmill.

    Try mo muna what works for you, sometimes what works for others may not be beneficial for another. I started that way, madalas gaya gaya ako, kaso minsan di naman effective sakin yung ginagaya ko
    then if you have the patience, try to do some backreading in this thread and other topics and you'll find a lot of useful info on how to gain weight. Actually, many of those things has been rehashed over and over since other Pexers are quite lazy to take the initiative of using the search engine.. hehehe

    goodluck! I tell you, it really feels good getting compliments and surprised looks especially from those people who's been used to seeing us in our, uhm, beanpole figure.. :P

    very true, some people often asks me kung naggym daw ba ako after I gained weight at the gym. Sabi ko, "hindi, kumakain lang ng marami".

    aba! parehong pareho tayo ng sagot ah!heheh although ang laging tanong sakin eh, "anong iniinom mong vitamins at nagkalaman ka?"

    grabe I can imagine, I almost tried every weight gaining methods I can afford, iron pumping lang pala katapat! hehehe (and of course, right diet!)

    I want to gain weight. I really eat a lot! But I don't get the body that I want. Haists. I envy those with nice tone of muscles on their arms and chest. How I wish i have those. Help please. Helf...Helf... ahaha

    from experience: lift weights and eat 5 to 6 times a day. If it's not too much of a burden on your part, you can try "backreading" since this questions were already answered numerous times by regulars of the Body and fitness thread

    as one of the Pexers here said (I'm sorry, I forgot who wrote this): "iba yung malakas kumain sa madalas kumain" or something along those lines (I hope i did not take this out of context)

    before nung nasa elem days pa ako, uminom ako ng propan ayun tulog at kain ang ginawa ko kaya tumaba ako. magmula ng nagh.s ako pumayat na ako hanggang college. huhu

    d ako makapagpropan kasi baka antukin ako sa school. d rin ako makapagpropan ngayong summer kasi may pasok kami!!! waaaaaaah!!!

    sabi saakin mas madali mag gain ng muscles pag payat ka kesa pag nagstart ka ng mataba. kase pag mataba muna, kelangan mo pang burn lahat ng fats to be able to gain some muscles. kaya kung ako sayo, start working out while you're skinny.

    isa din ako sa mga payat kahit malakas naman akong kumain. nung umpisa ok lang saakin pero nakaka-frustrate na rin pag sobrang payat sa age mo. sususbukan kong gawin yung 4-5 meals a day + work out. gusto ko din try yung appeton, sabi 3-4 months daw bago makita ang result.

    nung h.s ako nung namatay ang nanay ko na-stress ako at pumayat ako ng sobra. ang nagpataba lang saakin leche flan i ate leche flan 3 times a day lalo na pag bago matulog. i know medyo masama yon kase hindi healthy. i gained weight pero more of fats. now that im super skinny again, i'll try to gain muscles instead.

    wag mawalan ng pag-asa.. ako i started out at 110lbs.. dun naglevel weight ko. tapos kain lang ng kain tapos L-men milk drink.. nagain ako 10lbs.. enroll sa gym.. di na sakin gumagana L-men kaya shift na ako sa Seroius mass.. working out for 2 weeks nagain ako ng mga
    6-8lbs and still gaining.. onti onti na nawawala mga strings ng gitara sa katawan ko.. nyhahaha.. thanks sa lahat ng advice and motivations..

    yes coach.. salamat talaga sa eclipse very effective yung program.. gusto ko sana enroll dun sa fundamental class nyo coach kaso walang swak na sked para sakin.. isa din reason di na ako nagenroll kasi nagiipon para aral ulit mag masters.. hehe.. sensya na coach..

    not sure if this is the right thread, but this is a question regarding creatine intake. How does the 'loading phase' work? I'm taking the recommended 4 capsules (750mg) after workout and 4 more during the day as suggested for my body weight - I'm currently 114lbs, 5'4.

    Was wondering if my intake's correct. I've been reading kasi and some say the loading phase intake should cap at about 12-20grams per day of creatine.
