    If you go early in the morning wala ka talaga kasabay. Tell you what, if ever you plan to go, visit in the afternoons around 530ish since I train a group of beginners and beginners at heart

Wag ka magtatanong na, lalaki ba ako dito? and don't act desperate! kasi gagaguhin ka ng ibang tao. reality bites. when people see someone weaker than them, chances are they are bitten off. pakita ka ng confidence para respetuhin ka ng mga yan.

    Look for a gym na makakatulong sa iyo sa goals mo, na magiging comfortable ka at the same time ok sa budget mo. set a time for work out and rest. continue researching for new ways to work out your body and improve your physique. Don't expect na tutulungan ka ng mga PT agad agad o gagawan ka ng program. only you can do it. they only do it if you pay them substantial fees. You should be able to learn how to generate these things yourself para alam mo saan ka pupunta at kung nakukuha mo ba goals mo.

    and of course, at first you don't succeed try lang ng try. Patience! Hardwork! success doesn't come overnite. I had to workout for 3 years para lang maabot yung goals ko. Since na payat ka, baka 1 to 2 years lang anlaki na ng improvement sa iyo!

    hayaan mo ikaw ang unang makaaalam ng improvements ko since sinekreto ko rin to sa mga relative ko na balak kong magwoworkout kasi tinawanan lang nila ko kaya minsan may point na di mo rin ako masisisi sariling kapatid ko na yun ah! maawa daw ako sa sarili ko feeling ko tuloy naubusan na ko ng confindence sa sarili ko. Ayoko kong ipaalam sa kanila na magwoworkout ako,alam nila umiinom ako ng supplement un lang siguro pwede kong idahilan pag may improvement kahit pagpunta ko ng gym secret pa rin!

    Wala lang talaga kong mapaghingan ng payo dito lang! may nageeffort na magbigay sakin ng advice .

    my buddy, lagi siyang busy sa site, sa mga clients, but he always make it a habit to go to the gym. lagi din kami nagsasabay. so what he does from makati, he goes to ff rob manila with me. gym kami tapos uwi (kapitbahay ko lang). conducive naman kasi on the way home from work. he does it 3 times a week 2 on weekdays and one on weekends. pag kelangan sumaglit sa work, he drops one or 2 weekdays but bumabawi siya sa iisang weekend (sunday) ayun ok ang katawan niya hanggang ngayon.

    just keep it up and keep your eye on the goal (mahabananaman..tsktsk)

    kasi gusto ko po mag gain ng weight bago ako grumaduate. kaya ko po ba tumaba kahit konti ng at least 4 months? iniisip ko po kasi na baka hindi ako tanggapin sa trabaho pag underweight ako.
