I have a cousin who lives in the minnesota. I tasted dog meat years ago. It doesn't taste like any other meat and your body felt hot after eating it. I don't know if it's because of the chilies of the kaldereta the usual way of cooking it. And the meat is very sinewy (sp. pls) unlike beef or pork.
