*They do not think na may strong family ties ako in the Philippines para balikan.
*Lack of funds. (kasi that time, i don't have a savings account, yung monthly bank statement/payroll lang ng company and sinubmit ko.)
* Tapos wala daw ako proof na nagadhere ako sa visa policy ng ibang countries (Bago kasi *** passport ko, nawala *** before na may tatak na)
* Hindi daw ako nagsubmit ng LOA form from my company
Tapos pala, gaano ko daw ba talaga katagal balak mag stay sa NZ etc.
They gave me 10 days para magsubmit LOA and/or ng ibang stuff.
Ang ginawa ko, nagreply ako sa email sakin and then i forwarded their email to my cousin.
Yung mom ko since the '80s pabalik balik sa NZ, so nung nagpunta sya last August 2009, yung visa nya, after 5 working days nakuha na niya (tourist visa 3 months). Kaiingit nga e.
I'm being sponsored again this June. This April ako magsusubmit ng application ko - tourist visa for 6mos. Hopefully ma-approve uli this time.
anyone who successfully migrated to NZ or have a work visa? also, is anyone familiar with the Silver Fern Job Search Visa? im planning to lodge my application. thanks!
hi, is there anyone here who have migrated to NZ lately?
is NZ still a great option to migrate aside from Canada and Australia?
i've been reading a lot of forums but majority seems to give a negative impressions about NZ...
hirap daw humanap ng work, cost of living is ridiculously high, medyo hindi daw ok ang mga kiwis etc.
is there anyone who could give a feedback?
Oonga mahigpit din at madalang ang nabibigyan ng New Zealand visa compared to other countries.
ano tinanong sa phone interview?
planning to apply for tourist visa din ulit. I'll be travelling solo this time and 18months pa lang sa work.
Do I need to include a booked/paid plane ticket with my application?
Hi! I am interested to work in NZ too.
Do we have a step by step procedure here on how to apply?
(work and education)
Because, I really don't know where to start.
I have a passport though. hehe
i'm getting discouraged.
my nz'er bf is sponsoring me for 2 week holiday to NZ.
but reading from here, it seems ang hirap.
he'll be paying for everything, do is still need to present bank statements?
i'm planning to apply for skilled migrant.
i'll submit my eoi this august after the first selection day nila.
any tips? gaano katagal kaya bago ako mapili since it will only stay for 1 month, i have 110 points btw.
I applied for a tourist visa last may 2010, got a 30-day LPV instead.
status ko that time:
- recent nurse graduate 2009
- bank cert of 70k+
- sponsored by brother in NZ
- recent visits to US (2004)
the VO called me, interviewed me and told me that based on their pre-assessment they are going to deny my tourist visa (since i'm unemployed etc...) but they offered me a 30day LPV instead since I'll be accompanying my mom for the trip. ayun got my visa at the end of the month, 2 days before my actual flight to NZ na June 1. Nauna pa nga mom ko mareceive tourist visa niya a week before pa.
^at that time of application, unexpired ba yung US visa mo? I was also unemployed but got a regular tourist visa for a 1 month stay
^ expired na US visa ko that time. hehehe. ewan ko ba, pero depende din siguro kung sino VO ang maghhandle sa cases natin. Luckily the VO offered me an LPV. it's better than nothing at all.
I've been to NZ twice (first in Wellington, then second time in New Plymouth) because my previous employer sent me to our client there. I really enjoyed my stay there. Now, I'm really considering na mag-apply for skilled migrant visa pero kelangan ko lang munang mag-ipon.
I wonder if make-credit yung 5 month work stint ko dun sa EOI ko. (Choices kasi dun sa checklist eh 1 year onwards.) 115 points na kasi ako so far and gusto ko pa sanang pataasin para kahit walang job offer eh tumaas naman ang chances ko come selection. Does anyone know?
BTW, sa mga nagtatanong kung paano mag-apply, please check out this site: http://www.immigration.govt.nz/
