i thought last week was the worst. turns out, this week is worse than worst in busy time for stratattack&burn.

when is the time most of us make more money than usual? christmas!

when is the time most of us go to parties than usual? christmas!

when is the time most of us wet our beds more often than usual? christmas!

and as such, good ol' me is just like your usual tom, d!ick, and harry, transporting my as$ from one portal to another. but bet my stories also get piled up more often than usual. of course, not all of them are for public consumption. only a few make it to the printing press. but who cares anyway? i did declare i'm a loser, right?

i promise, next time i post it will be like ocean's twelve on a december release slate. but for now, i've got to run. my coffee break in the middle of an unfamiliar cosmopolitan just finished.

sorry guys, still very busy... i know a lot of you are too. december 13-18 is actually the busiest in the industry. why? well, take a look around you and you will obviously see....

it is not that i don't wanna write, it's just that i can't. you see, to write a story (more so, a true one), you need a muse. for the muse to come, you need to relax. for you to relax, you need time.... and time is one thing i don't have much of at the moment.

so before someone will be pissed off at me while waiting for my stories, let me just post this list to add flavor to your yuletide season... and enjoy!

regardless of the chick's moral attachments, i wrote a list of babes we, men, dig to dig deeper, err sleep with or without (?). in other words, here is the guys' to "DO" list:

1. The ones you would DO in a snap!

a. the famous drop dead gorgeous ones. natalie portman, charlize theron, cristina garcia, kristine hermosa. need i say more?

b. the about town drop dead gorgeous ones. uber goddess, billboard girl, krisdine... (who?).

c. the ones you find physically stimulating even if others don't. that enigmatic chick at the toll gate. that chick in the accounting department. your best friend's mom.


2. The ones you would consider DOING given a situation.

a. the not so physically stimulating ones but you're depressed enough to bother.

b. the not so physically stimulating ones but you're so drunk or drugged to complain.

c. the not so physically stimulating ones but you just need the money or asking for a huge favor.

d. the not so physically stimulating ones but you just need the lay (the default system of many).


3. The ones you Would Not do.

a. your old maid librarian (eeww).

b. inday sa balitaw.

c. manang, where you buy lunch.

d. your last date.


4. The ones you Should Not do.

a. your relatives... please.

b. goats.

c. lampposts.

d. the vacuum cleaner.

e. another guy.

This happened about a couple of weeks ago. I went out with a girl the day after I met her at a business call. We just had a few drinks and then coffee afterwards. The usual fare, I would say, except that it was already 7 am when we decided to call it a day. We went out again, or, more precisely, I visited her at her house a couple of days later where, suffice it to say, something happened.

The following week we decided to meet again at a club where she was hanging out with some friends. I got there at around 2 am. She met me right out front and, one thing led to another, we ended up having a huge make out session in the car. Some minutes passed and we righted ourselves promptly before barging in on her friends.

As courtesy dictates, she introduced me to her friends one by one including her housemate who I got along with immediately. Everyone was pretty much boozed up by that time except for me as I've always been the rational drunk and I strive to keep myself semi sober - enough to drive at least. The place started pumping some really great sounds and everything began to heat up. I was dancing with the housemate when lightning struck and we started making out in the middle of the dance floor in front of all their friends. It was unusual and uncomfortable but, disinhibited as I was, I couldn't help myself. We ended up outside and in the car where, once again, stuff happened.

She didn't see anything as we were trying to avoid her on the dance floor but it was only a matter of time before she found out. And when she did, she was pretty pissed.

The best part of the show was when I had to drive them both home. Nothing could've been more awkward and there wasn't a quieter car on the road that night. The sun was already on its way up when we got to their place. Unusually, she insisted that I come in. In the back of my head I was imagining a threesome but I very well knew I was in big trouble.
