    er. i make my own hotdogs and recently i'm thinking selling of them. i used to use trimmed off "ice candy" wrappers when it was just for family consumption, but now i wonder where i can get those long plastic casings they use for commercial ones. anybody with ideas?

    I cut off a piece, it had a green sap that disappeared when dried. Tapos "niluto" ko siya sa burner. Hindi siya agad nasusunog tapos may naaamoy akong mabango, but then medyo sumakit na ang ilong ko pero dahil napalakas ko kasi ang apoy e. What do you think?

    May katabi siyang namumulaklak na Kalachuchi. Akala ko Kalachuchi rin yung nasa pic pero mas magaspang balat nito. Totoo bang nakakalason ang Kalachuchi pag ginamit sa Smoking?

    regarding butter: depende sa gamit mo. kung gagawa ako ng buttered shrimps with garlic, butter compound pwede na, since sayang lang yung pure butter at masyado malakas flavor ng crustaceans. kung chicken ala kiev, naman dapat high quality butter kasi yung butter flavor ang hanap mo dun.

    non- uht milk : try mo gatas pinoy, meron na sa malalaking grocery. or los banos kung malapit ka.

    incidentally. (i'm still assuming this was the answer to my question) do i still have to process this? kasi yung natural casing na ginamit ko overseas lilinisin ko lang, then i'm good to go.

    to be honest, i don't know much about suet. alam ko lang pang pastry baking yun.

    nililinis lang din. ibabad mo sa tubig para magreconstitute and to remove yung dumi. hugasan lang maigi.
