It's really hard for me to picture the "mark" you are talking about.
Better see a doctor if you are worried about it. And, don't worry about "hiya". Sanay na kami sa mga "nakakahiyang kaso". Don't worry.![]()
salamat sa inyothe mark is like a ring around a finger only its medyo color black or violet.
haha saywhat sana nga ganon lang!
i'm not really worried about it since wala naman pain eh kaya lang medyo nakakailang.
it's still here!!!![]()
Pa-check up mo na 'yan.
Have it checked by a doctor. The best description cannot replace a physical examination.
Hello doc , may I know if Chlamydia Trachomatis can be transmitted by kissing the person who is infected with this kind of STD?
Chlamydia is transmitted through infected secretions only. It infects mainly mucosal membranes, such as the cervix, rectum, urethra, throat, and conjunctiva. It is primarily spread via sexual contact and manifests as the sexually transmitted disease. The bacterium is not easily spread among women, so the STD is mainly transmitted by heterosexual or male homosexual contact. However, infected secretions from the genitals to the hands and eventually to the eyes can cause trachoma.
Thanx doc, but I want to clear my mind on this , let say if the female has this bacteria, and he kiss the guy , is it possible that the male will be also infected ? , and how do you know if you are treated alrdy ??Originally posted by eyedoc

and I also want to know what are the symptoms if a person if infected with Chlamydia Trachomatis in the throat ?
Very possible.if the female has this bacteria, and he kiss the guy , is it possible that the male will be also infected ?
Firstly, this is treated with appropriate antibiotics for 7-10 days. BOTH partners need to be treated, or else, this may just be a recurring problem for both of you. If either spouse has been playing around and caught the infection, now is the time to come clean with your spouse since you both need to be treated.how do you know if you are treated alrdy ??
After a course of antibiotics has been taken successfully, the doctor may repeat the culture of material from the infected area. If the test is positive, it usually means reinfection has occurred. This is particularly likely if a sexual partner has not been treated or did not complete treatment.

help, doc! may isang maliit na sore na lumabas sa penis ko. parang singaw sa mouth ang itsura. may amoy, mabaho. pero pag hinawakan mo lang. nasa dulo sya, opposite the tip. its painless at di makati. i had sexual encounter with a sex worker last July.. first week ata. pero i used condom naman! i hate to think that this is STD!help
based sa mga nabasa ko, this may be syphilis! pero i hate to think that it is. possible ba na iba lang to?
pls help! di ko na alam gagawin ko! magkano ba pa blood test?
It sounds very much like STD, unfortunately. It may (or may not) be herpes. You should consult an infectious disease specialist pronto. A doctor will have to see the lesions before specific blood tests can be ordered. There are dozens of tests for STD, and you'll have to have a working diagnosis before you can order them. Also, it's the doctor who will get the specimen for lab testing himself. There's no way you can avoid visiting a physician.
i'm wondering how you got it transferred since you used condom.
thanks for replying doc. i went na kanina for check up. at first kala nila its syphilis kasi lahat ng symptoms check ako. however, negative naman yung results. yung vdrl is non reactive. can u explain this? medyo malabo eh. but meron nakita sa gram stain..here it is:
gram positive cocci: few
epithelial cells: few
they gave me an anitbiotic shot plus medicine to take for 1 week. its doxycycline, by the way. then they scheduled me for an appointment with a urologist next week.
im still worried though, kasi dun sa gram stain result... should i worry about this? di pa rin ako mapalagay eh... =(
thank u very much doc ira.
they told me na i probably got it through the base of my penis. kasi di gaano covered yun ng condom eh. yung vaginal fluid nya pumasok sa pores in the pubic area...Originally posted by jtan
