^ No. Blood test can only determine if you have a significantly high amount of white blood cells, but that can happen in a variety of diseases. To know whether or not you have HIV, you really need to take an HIV test.

I'm currently undergoing treatment of my kidney stones, and then two saturdays ago, i engaged in an unprotected s-x. After that, i had mild fever just a few days. Then nagpa HIV Test ako, CBC and urinalysis, and it turned out na parang ok naman according to the doctor (though the doctor is a general physician, not specialist for infectious diseases). Though I understand na it's possible na masyado pang maaga for HIV test (since it requires at least 6-12 months since the act of doing s-x).

However, recently, parang may weird akong nararamdaman sa ibang parts ng body ko. Parang iba ang temperature ng aking "junior" at ng left eye, parang cold (imagine the temperature/cold/cool feeling in your mouth when you eat/chew the typical version of mentos, parang ganun). That weird temperature seems to be transferring in the different parts of the body (though baka psychological lang), pero pinaka-imminent talaga yung ganung pakiramdam sa left eye at sa "junior" ko. Pero hindi naman ako hirap umihi, at wala nang mild fever, or any other bad feeling. Anyone who experienced this?

I'm doing my best to see a doctor who is good in infectious diseases. Kahit na magastos. Pero for now, what are the type of tests that you think I should take, aside sa CBC, urinalysis, and HIV test? Are there other specific tests that can detect if I have STD?

As far as I know, Remedios only does HIV antibody test in detecting HIV, although they have practically every test available for a variety of STDs. If you want to be tested using the ELISA method, may ganoon ang PGH. Inquire on both offices if your identity will be compromised if you get tested positive for HIV.

As for the price, it's pretty expensive. Around P500.

Maraming klase ng STD. Ang mga ito ay HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, herpes simplex, trichomonas, genital warts, hpv, syphillis, at marami pang iba. Iba-ibang STD, iba-ibang ring mga tests. Hindi lahat ay nakikita lang sa gram stain and culture. Ang iba ay sa dugo. Ang iba ay enzyme tests. Kaya mas mainam na kumunsulta personally sa inyong mga doctor. Kung babae, pumunta sa OB-GYN. Kung lalake naman, pumunta sa urologist.

It depends on how big the warts are; it depends on where you are going to have your treatmen and what kind of treatment. There's a vaccine right now for human papilloma virus of warts. You can ask your doctor about it.

binigyan lang ng antibiotoc pharex 400mg.

after a week may napasin siya na parang kurot kulay niya kasi kinuraot niya sa tabi niya parehas ang itsura na.

tapos meron siyang napansin na maliit na butlig sa ari niya pero hindi naman lumalaki.tiniris niya dumugo lang siya.

sa braso niya napansin yung parang kulay brown hindi alm kung pantal or ano iyon.tapos medyo mapula na ang kulay niya.

You know, it is very hard to diagnose a disease if it is just said or written here. It would be better that your friend see a doctor for this for proper evaluation and management. There are other questions din na puedeng itanong ng doktor. The "butlig" that has been there for around 10 years could be a skin tag or a wart, and as I have said, it is better that a doctor see it. I think your question of having coitus during menstrual period should be reversed. The female could be more susceptible to infection while having coitus during menstruation because there is some degree of opening in the cervix during menstruation. The menstrual blood is not dirty. It is the sloughed endometrium which should have been the baby's "bed" if the female was fertilized.

thanks for the info.yesterday ng pa check up daw siya ang sabi sa kanya ay yung result ng gram and culture is negative sa gonoria, sipilis at iba pa. Yung discharge daw ay talagang UTI daw kasi after na ng take siya ng pharex wala na siya nararamdaman. Yung butlig daw di naman daw warts kasi kung warts yun dapat daw lumalaki at dumadami.

ok lang ba sa internal medicine mag pa check up.
actually kasi naka pag sex daw siya ng june 19 tapos naramdaman nya ng discharge mga around june 29 and its pain less.

lahat ng nangyari ay naikwento nya sa doctor kaya ng pa culture at gram stain siya the result is negative.

doc. how about vaginal discharge...tuwing after sex kasi, fishy yung smell niya. then next day normal ulet. pero may times na brownish ang discharge ko. minsan naman yung regular white discharge lang. do i have std? my urinalysis states that i have 5-7 pus cells. UTI po ba ito? havent talked to a doctor or ob-gyne yet....

Better see an Ob-Gyn to have your discharge checked for wet smear to see if it's candidiasis, bacterial vaginosis or trichomonas. You can have chlamydia test done when you visit. Your question of UTI or STD would be answered by these tests. So, go visit an ob-gyn.
