alternative clients for exchange server

i'm sort of the one man IT department in the family business

i'm beginning to feel that the organization (family business) would need some sort of a groupware.. an internal email system that could help in information sharing.. i'm just hesitant to deploy Exchange Server since the only client i know to use with Exchange is Outlook/Outlook Express which is pretty much risky because of all the viruses around...

is there any alternative software than can be used as a client for Exchange Server??

Try Pegasus Mail

you can use Eudora for downloading emails from your exchange box. Naka open naman ang port 25 at 110 nito so makaka send and receive ka ng mail.
