Ladies, Ladies.. I wonder who will play Max for the Maximum Ride movie. I hope the movie starts with the When the wind blows book and not jump right into the Maximum Ride - The angel experiment.

AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE HAL FRIEDMAN AND JAMES PATTERSON
ONE morning when he was almost five years old, Cory Friedman woke up with an uncontrollable urge to shake his head. from that day forward his life became an agony of irrepressible tics and involuntary utterances. Cory embarked on a thirteen-year odyssey of medication upon medication, treatment upon treatment--- a constancy changing regimen that left him and his family feeling like guinea pigs in an out-of-control experiment. It soon became unclear which tics were symptoms of his condition and which were side effects of the countless combination of drugs. The only certainty was the it kept getting worse. Simply put: Cory Friedman's life was a living hell.
Subjected to debilitating treatments and continuous ridicule, Cory became devastatingly aware of how he appeared to others. With the love of his family and the support of a few steadfast teachers and medical professionals, he fought for his very life, and you will cheer his amazing successes.
Against Medical Advice is the true story of Cory';s battle for survival in the face of extraordinary difficulties and a sometimes maddening medical establishment. Written by James Patterson and Cory's father, Hal, with the relentless pace of a Patterson thriller, this is a heartrending story of one family's courage, determination, and ultimate triumph.
I have to say, James Pattersons series novels are becoming to be a bunch of sell outs. Except for the Bennet series, The Alex cross and the Maximum ride series tends to be boring from the last installments. I read the women's murders clubs first few novels and it felt like he's capitalizing on the feminist angle. It's like tv's talk show The View as the characters. Then there's the new witch and wizard series that reads like a harry potter spin off. I'm wondering why most of his novels of late are done with collaborations with the "Patterson trademark" missing. He may be prolific but he's not consistent. It feels he's milking every ounce of success from his previous good novels with the overdrawn series.
^ I have to agree with you there. Toys and TickTock were not as good as the others. I did like PostCard Killers but some of the recent ones were a bit blah and doesn't seem to be written by him.
I have this awful feeling that they may just be printing his name there to make sure it sells but 75% of the books are not written by him anymore.![]()
Got to be one of the worse Alex Cross installment. What's going on with James Patterson?
