Just finished his newest one, 1st to Die. I think he's gonna make a new series out of this one. It's about a group of 4 women who solve murder mysteries. It's very fast paced and not boring. It's okay, but I still like David Baldacci's style. Baldacci's more informative about the topic at hand, say hostage and rescue situations, FBI procedures and psychology (hypnotism etc) and his narration is totally riveting.

On a scale of 1-10, 1st to Die is a 7 to me. But I wouldn't mind reading another Patterson thriller. I just hope it's better than 1st to Die.

jaz finished reading his 1st to Die.
I cannot put the book down, even while in a
    moving vehicle.

The twist of the story is great.

Mejo nga lang ending... for me.

    Thumbs up

I'll start reading VIOLETS ARE BLUE. Just finished ROSES ARE RED a couple of days ago.

In Roses are Red, Patterson revealed that KYLE CRAIG is the Mastermind.

Can't wait to start with Violets are Blue.........

I just couldn't put down the book VIOLETS ARE BLUE.

Couldn't believe that James Patterson killed Kyle Craig.....He even dedicated the book to him.

Does this mean that this is the last of the Alex Cross series?

I've read a lot of his detective novels, but they're a bit forgettable, one story much like the other.

I prefer his other books with the unusual twist, like When the Wind Blows and Cradle and All.
