Precisely the reason why I want Rodrigo Duterte to run the DILG, puwede rin if he wants to run for president!

But think about this, what country doesn't have a garbage problem?

one wish to solve this in metro level is to make DILG strictly implement to commercial establishments to maintain cleanliness in their premises. strict compliance includes penalty during permit renewal. have roving people instead to take pictures of non complying establishments. come up with walis brigade drive sa lahat ng establishments to keep their surroundings clean. ewan ko na lang kung hahayaan pa nila ang mga passerby na magtapon sa tapat nila, kung sila din ang magdudusa.

You are right, each country has a garbage problem, but think about it, what country has the hopeless case?

Metro Manila is one huge dumpster.

Just look at Pasig river, that river mirrors what kind of people...fuck nevermind.

    "problema sa basura?"

looks like "problema sa disiplina" to me...

    baka off topic:

Was I lacking common sense here?
