Samantalang pag sarili mong apply, bawat step, bawat development, alam mo. Mahalaga kasi ito for peace of mind.

    my two cents.

stage 1 (assessment stage) 2-4 months processing/waiting time
commencement (of application) fee = AUD 800
    Disbursement fee = 90 AUD

stage 2 (application stage) 6-12 months processing/waiting time
Application [processing] fee = 800 AUD

    stage 3 (PR granted stage)
    retainer fee = 200 AUD

    tia.
yung diac application for PR is around $AU2K+

To all people who wants help on visas. I suggest to get a migration officer in Australia. Make sure they are accredited and affiliated with M.A.R.A. You will spend huge amount of money with agencies.

    or

No need to agency fee or whatsoever. Get in touch with them for more information.

    Talking

    hello Pexers!

we need advice po re: study and working in au

Me and my hubby decided to go to Au habang bata pa and wala pang baby. Since walang skilled na pwede for both our occupation last resort namin is student visa. I have red many forums re student visa but still we are confuse and afraid as well to pursue Au.

    Ask ko lang po,
    1. Mahirap po bang makahanap ng work with student visa holder wd 20 hr/week restriction but my hubby can work unlimited since masters naman kukunin ko (true ba ito??)
    2. We can afford the tuition fee for 1st sem and yung pocket money namin around 250,000 Php ay utang lang so we need to find work asap.
    3. Sa Victoria Uni in Melbourne ako papasok since yun na yung pinakamura na tuition fee at $9000 . Ok po ba ang school na to?
    4. I have red in many forum na racial discrimination in Melbourne is rampant based sa mga indian students (how true po ba ito).
    5. We can still change the city/uni coz dpa ako ngbabayad ng Tuition fee. Any suggestion if sang city maganda for students and san mabilis makahanap ng work?

    Thank you in advance.

May timeframe ba kung kelan lang puwede mag-apply (like 6 months before departure) or anytime puwede mag-apply?

  11. #1831
Depends on the validity of the visa..i you apply this month, and the visa expires after six months, you have to be there not later than november..if u plan to visit ng december, apply aug or sept..i was given 6months validity..but it can be shorter for others

question, for 457 visa (temporary resident - working visa). Is this a label-free visa, the one that you don't have to get stamped at the Australian embassy?

If that's the case, how would 457 visa holders apply for a POEA exit clearance?

And is there a way to bypass this POEA requirement?

  13. #1833
ano ano requirements for a tourist visa? as in yung specifics po? nakalagay kasi yung mga vague info lang like proof of finances, proof of employment/business, etc etc..

    profile ko:

    30-something
    -single
-business mostly franchises like water station, laundry, drug store
properties-hacienda(lol, in the province, alam mo naman ganun dun, pero nung nag CARP, 7 hectares na lang natira sakin), car registered under my name, 3 year old model na nga lang, at walang balak bumili uli ng bago for the next 2 years!
    -travel-halos buong asean and HK.

Its better to ask assistance to an expert like some attorneys that are expert in visa and immigration issue in your problem.

    Canadian Visa

    -NBI clearance,birth certificate,marriage cert
-medical if you want to stay morethan 3 months
-accomodation info mo sa AU kung *** kang kamaganak or kaibigan

    thanks.

before this, I worked in the US. I went through this POEA process and had a VERY TERRIBLE experience. It took me almost a week to finish all the requirements. But if I go this route, what are the requirements for those going to Australia? I can't find the information on the website.

And does it mean I need to have a medicals again to satisfy the POEA requirement? If I have to, then I think it's a waste of time and money since we already have that requirement when we applied for the 457 visa (well at least that's my case since I'm required to have a full medical because of my job).

  18. #1838
If you are going to apply for tourist visa to Australia, make sure that you can present financial documents to prove that you can support yourself while touring the country and of course to show that you will just get back to the Philippines after your allowed stay in Australia.
Aside from the financial requirement, you also need to meet health and character requirements.

Good day! I am a licensed teacher wanting to migrate to Australia but there is a job order from a POEA agency needing a secondary teacher sa Australia din. Saan pong category papasok kung may offer na work? Hoping for your responses. Thanks!
