Anybody know how much yung 500 mg tablet sa Mercury Drug now? And should I buy a branded one or just the generic variety? Also, will this counteract or have a negative effect since I'm using Adapalene on my face now.

Ma pimple din ako dati, pero nakatulong talaga sa akin yung facial center dito malapit sa amin, nagpapa diamond peel ako every month with facial cleaning yun, then ang gamit ko lang na soap eh Likas papaya soap, then sa umaga, nagpapahid ako nung Medicated astringent then sunblock, then sa gabi, medicated astringent, then bleaching cream.

Effective naman, nakahiyangan ko, makinis na ang face ko ngayon.

I mainly take conzace for its zinc (pampataas ng testosterone level, not sure kung effective naman). I am thankful enough that my face is naturally acne-free. Hehe. Kahit ano pang stress, oily foods or what not.

^pansin ko na palagi din matigas itong alaga ko, masagi lang ng konti, titigas na agad. Madami din siya mag-produce ng sperm, i think it has an ingredient that increases sperm production.

ako I tried conzace for 1 month di maganda naging effect saken. siguro hiyangan lang yan. daming maliliit na pimple na lumabas. sad. anyone experience the same?

sino gumagamit ng vaseline men facial scrub? any feedbacks. I've started using this 3 days ago. sana effective.

Doc, I'm having another acne flareup, and it is nodulocystic. I just initiated doxycycline therapy today, generic na ang brand name is Bidox, 100 mg/cap, 2 caps first day and 1 cap maintenance is my treatment plan. I just want to confirm if I'm doing it right, if Bidox can do kasi mahal yung mga branded. I had been in this treatment before, for 3 months from June 2011, and it worked just fine naman. But not until December last year when it started again. It got worst that I needed another AB treatment. Few days ago, pinansin ako ng OB doctor, sabi try ko daw mag doxycycline, and sinabi ko sa kanya I already did ng 3 months, and then nagulat sya, sabi, 'di kaya nasira ang kidneys mo nyan?' I just got bothered by her statement but I think safe naman yung dosage ko. Please let me know if there is anything I should change with my treatment plan as I just started today. Thanks doc!

akala ko dati hindi na mawawala yung acne/pimples kong hindi ako nilubayan for 7 years! i use benzaclin+spectro gel as cleanser+neutrogena as sun block+ cetaphil as moisturizer tapos minocyclin. i dunno if you can get benzaclin in the philippines without prescription though. im pretty sure you can't get minocyclin without doctor's note. but it really worked for me, well aside from the frequent derma visits, of course. chini-check lang naman nila yung improvement ng face and back ko e + some milia/comedone extractions.

just eat healthy and get enough sleep.

Daily cleaning, toning and moisturizing is also a big help.

I did around 2 years ago at st lukes. Pcos features yung nakita sakin and because insignificant yung size (and maybe because i was not married and not planning to have a baby), wala naman nirecommend na gamutan. So balik ako sa derma, have used their product for almost a year lang. Bumalik lang din kasi yung acne and i had the feeling na pinagkakakitaan nako ng derma

Dun sa OB they recommended transrectal ultrasound to better rule in or out yung diagnosis. Ndi raw kasi accurate yung pelvic lang.


I was thinking kung dapat nga na nirefr din ako sa endocrinologist kung hormone problem ko

meron din cases ng pcos kahit regular menses). I havent been to an endocrinologist, ndi ko rin masabi when i'll plan to do so kasi on a tight budget ako. My pimples, awa ng diyos, controlled na sya ngayon. Have you tried/heard of vmv products? I did some online reading and i found the articles pretty impressing *** ayun, out of desperation kahit medyo pricey, i gave it a try. Ive been using it 4mos now, but i noticed the improvement mga 1month after. Siguro after 1year of using and ok naman sya saka ko nalang iha-highly recommend. But just the same, sana i have thought of the product way much earlier, e di sana nakatipid ako ng consultation fee, pamasahe, at oras commuting to erodriguez ave
