kiehl's can be bought through its own website. paki google nalang.

or if you're in usa. they're everywhere. they are in the dept stores (nordies & such- not your mediocre -mass dept store ok) or their flagship stores.

medyo mahal siya as compared to your "supermarket bought" items. but you get what you pay for. quality.

Once in a while, yung anti-acne facial cream pag me nagsisimulang tumubo na zit. Dati yung line ng Godiva ginagamit ko, ngayun yung clear soap na lang nila. Mas mura kasi yung Crystalderm. Me branch sila sa Megamall, SM Bacoor, Metropolis alabang.

i don't want solutions with long term effects. gusto ko lang products to make it fly away whenever i want it to fly away. would L'Oreal out of bed do the trick? what other products do you suggest?
fly away?...ala F4?...i've read in a mag before that you can use hair gum to achieve that style (to make it fly away)...i believe fudge hair products has hair gum...medyo costly nga lang for a small amount...

my greatest partner in my "vain" life is HAIR GEL...can't live without it or at least go out of the house without it...though my hair is short, i really need gel to tame it because it's so unruly...as in...pag tuyo na and walang pinahid na kahit ano, walang direksyon, as in sponghado...should i say dead and dry?!...pero pag my gel na and some styling, voila!...very sleek and clean yet stone-hard ...i cut my skin several times when touching it...it's that hard, lalo na pag-na-aircon-an!

hmmm, sa face...i use neutrogena facial wash now but i might try cetaphil pag ubos na yung neutrogena...sabi nyo naman dito maganda ang cetaphil eh...

i use stick for deo...it doesn't stain and really keeps me dry...yoko ng roll-on, yuck!...i love revlon hi-dri...cheap yet effective and takes months (a half year?) bago maubos...pero parang wala ng stock dito sa supermarket namin...i now use brute...ok din pero mas madaling maubos at di long lasting...ok din ang jovan musk na deo-stick...

I'd like to add to my list of vanity-isms: Microdermabrasion. A bit pricey, but worth the investment.

Maganda yung L'Oreal "Out of Bed"...

There's this disgusting saying which goes... "Don't wash your hair if you're attending an important event... It'll have more body and it'll be easier to style..."

  11. #91
"out of bed" works best with dry hair. talagang out of bed talaga ang look mo..

pag damp kasi hair mo tas nilagay mo, minsan nag mumukhang nag gel ka lang. shiny at hindi sya mukhang natural..

  12. #92
& that's when a hair dryer/ or plain ole' towel would be handy.

make sure your hair is dry not damp to achieve whatever fly away look you want.

Right now am using L'Oreal Out of Bed and it is OK. But I think Bench Hairlastic is better and much cheaper than Out of Bed.

As for shampoo, I use Citre Shine for color-treated hair and same brand as my conditioner.

Facial cleanser - I alternate between Extraderm exfoliating facial wash and Lush Herbalism.

Foot care - I treat my feet with Volcano from Lush once a week if I'm not busy. I use foot spray from Marks and Spencer. I also spray my shoes with Kiwi shoe spray.

    Do you guys use masques?

I recommend St. Ives Hydroxy Masque.

May firming masque din sila. I forgot the name though... I'll check later.

    Masques are effective.

    what do masques do ba?

  18. #98
chippers23: Masques exfoliate skin on a regular basis (1-2 times per week) to rid it of loose, dead skin cells and impurities deep within the pores.

Tapos sabayan mo pa ng Stresstabs! Haha! Para youthful glow all the way.

Hmmm, what's the difference between a masque and an exfoliating washes/lotions?

...I'm also allergic with St.Ives products!

  20. #100
pollywog: hmm... ang difference lang na nakikita ko ay pag masque, you let it stay on your face for an hour or so... before you peel it...

ang labanan kasi nowadays is OIL CONTROL eh... yan ang kontrabida talaga... kaya there are a lot of exfoliating products out there... pare-pareho lang naman yan. it all boils down to picking the best ones...
