JENSIE_G - You haven't tried Cetaphil? It's mild and very good for the skin. I know some people that wash it off their face with water, but I just wipe it off with tissue just like what the instructions say. Try it.

mysticpaladin - [/i]Ah, the joys of male bonding through vanity....LOL[/i]. Isn't it fun? I used to be a gel fanatic in the past but now I don't like it. After the end of the day, it leaves your hair with no moisture, it's annoying.

BaLdoMarO - I use Kiehls moisturizer for combination skin. You?

k3rwin - Sad so say, I used to have really dry hair. It's the result of putting too much styling products. Hot oils don't work for me, but a good deep conditioner does (or even leave-on conditioner). What really did it for me though was rebonding. My hair is so soft now. Yipee.

Yeah, you got that right. I used to, like in Highschool!
My hair gets really heavy, really flaky, and very dry. Plus, it never keeps the hold when it gets wet even from a few raindrops!

Well, that's just my experience. I love the paste since it doesn't get hard but the style stays. It even gives texture and I can restyle.

Jensie_g: Go ahead and try Cetaphil. It's really great. But I would suggest getting a small bottle first (I think it's around 40 pesos), so you can see how it works for you.

NYUKid & mysticpaladin >> Okay! Thanks!

    I'll try it ASAP!

I never was a fan of gels... I just hate that gooey and oh-so yucky & sticky feeling...

Sabi ng dermatologist balik na lang daw ako kung gusto ko pa, kaya lang kasi feel ko ang nipis na ng skin kaya nagpapafacial na lang ako for maintenance.
2000? Which salon / dermatologist clinic?
You're talking about glycolic acid peel correct?

    HELP!!!

my hair is now layered, long at the back and long at the sides...
question: how do i make the back and sides fly away? weird noh? my hair super straight as in parang rebonded. eh nakakasawa na.

i don't want solutions with long term effects. gusto ko lang products to make it fly away whenever i want it to fly away. would L'Oreal out of bed do the trick? what other products do you suggest?

I was on a Kiehls hiatus for sometime but for some reason I gravitated to it once more... I cleanse with Rare-Earth Oatmeal Milk Facial Cleanser #1 and alternate that with the Gentle Foaming Facial Cleanser, tone with Kiehl's Calendula toner and then moisturise with Sodium PCA Moisturiser. At night time I would use the Lycopene Facial Moisturising lotion to give my skin a vitamin boost from the day's activities and I alternate that with my Aesop Mandarin moisturiser.
I have my fair share of facial hair and I swear by Kiehl's "Close SHavers" Squadron Ultimate Brushless Shave Cream. It gives my skin a protective 'barrier' against the sharp razor. I hate putting on Gillette and other shavig creams coz of the utterly pungent smell and its drying properties on my neck and chin, but this product rocks! I follow on the "close shavers" with the Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion-SOOTHING to the core sans the pseudo brut smell other brands have. I just recently added another Kiehl's item in my 'Vanity cupboard' and its the Coriander Bath and Shower Liquid body cleanser. It's not very sudsy but it leaves a very soft texture on my skin... Smells more like coconut than Coriander!

Kulang na lang talaga ibahin ko pangalan ko to Kiehl's!

I was in college when I started caring for my face(paisa-isa lang pimples ko). I saw my housemate using Neutrogena products. Tried it too. Lo and behold! Lalong dumami ang zits ko!!!

It turned out, I'm allergic to salicylic acid. I don't use any products with salicylic acid since then...I use Crystalderm now, galeng mag-pa-exfoliate ng face!

san ba nabibili yung crystalderm products? reasonably priced ba naman?

    e yung kiehls?
