wala pa namang naimbentong charges sa akin, i pay all my bills to the last cent on time, all the time. pero sobrang bulok ng customer service.
to change the office address (not the billing address, office addres lang ha) they need a god forsaken faxed ID. tapos nung ni fax ko (wasting at least ten minuts of my time) malabo daw picture. di raw pwede. i was fuming. of course malabo. it's through fax. my photocopy was crisp since our office's photocopy machine is top notch.
i requested my extension to be delivered at my office, kasi sa bahay pinapadala, and obviously, i am at work at walang magrereceive dun. which was funny because they have no problems delivering my bills through my mailbox.
anyway, to cut it short, sabi ko sa office nalang. sabi nila hindi pwede kasi hindi secure. sabi ko papano magiging hindi secure e ako na mismo mag rereceive nun. sabi nila, di raw nila malalaman kung ako yun.
WTF. as if the delivery guy who's going to deliver it at my home address knows me. after about a good thirty minutes of arguing, i just said na ipapacancel ko nalang ang extension. ayun. tapos. sa office nalang daw nila ipapadala.
