Paano ba magpa-increase ng credit limit dito? I've been a loyal member since 2002, I never missed a payment pero siyempre hindi full. Yes, I'm a revolver. But then again, dun sila kikita talaga.

I submitted my last year's ITR at malaki naman yung earnings ko. Pero declined pa din yung request ko for a credit limit increase. This is pissing me off.

My last CL increase was about 3-4 years ago. Oddly enough, I didn't request for a CL increase then.

I'm not employed by a company because I'm self-employed as a freelancer. So wala ding business papers. But I paid my taxes last year at malaki naman ang declared income ko.

True? Saka malaki ba sila magbigay ng CL?

^Yes, madali ma-approve sa Metrobank for those who already have a credit card.

Try mo apply sa Citibank, EastWest Bank, and RCBC. Kahit naman yata walang business papers, as long as you have an ITR and declare your SCB credit card you shouldn't have any problem.

Thanks!

I have the CC from these banks, and here are my comments:
RCBC: Pinaka-madali ma-approve. Tip ko is you try to apply sa Landmark or Sta. Lucia Mall kasi madali ma-approve doon dahil "Special" cards yun. once approved, after a year, you can ask to convert it to a "classic" mastercard or visa card.

Citibank: In my experience, they only approved my application after I own a CC from another bank for more than a year. Pero, OK ito to have kahit na mahal ang annual fee dahil sa napansin ko, once you own a CC from a "big" bank, mataas ang chance na approved ang application mo.

Eastwest bank: Pahirapan mag-apply dito. Na-approve ang application ko after two attempts ng agent na tumawag sa akin. It took me more than a year before my application was approved.

Metrobank: Sa Robinsons Supermarket ako nag-apply. Na-approve din after I state in the application that I own a CC from BPI and RCBC for more than a year.

I applied sa Metrobank.

Thanks for the feedback regarding these banks. I'll try RCBC just in case.

nagwe-waive ba ng succeeding annual fees (not the first annual fee) ang standard chartered??

if so, anu *** mga requirements or conditions nila?

before kc may card ako ng standard chartered, pinaputol ko kc ayaw i-waive *** finance charges... kaya di ko pinaabot ng 1 year?

Medyo mahigpit sila. Once lang ata ako na-approve na ma-waive. Pero kase malaki na-swipe ko that year. Kung gusto ko pa daw ma-waive in the future, pinapa-apply ako dun sa program nila na you have to spend a specific amount para ma-waive. Nakalimutan ko kung magkano.

  11. #231
ako pina swipe lang ako ng five times regardless of the amount para ma waive yung AF ng SCB CC ko

  12. #232
^Anong type ng SCB card mo rhaps00? I like their Platinum Cash Rewards card kaso namamahalan ako sa annual fee.

  13. #233
yung gold card nila. 2.5k yung annual fee. pero di ko masyado ginagamit. mas madalas ko gamitin yung M card ng metrobank coz i want to build a good credit standing dyan

Hi, everyone! Does anybody know what courier Standard Chartered uses for provincial deliveries? I'm from Bulacan po. TIA!

  15. #235
sa pagkakatanda ko nung nadeliver yung card ko last year, 'Pelican' po yata yung name nung courier nila..

  16. #236
Pelican ba kamo?

  17. #237
    @ ralphralph910

    Thank you!

    @ Kuya Danny

  18. #238
I received my card today. The courier was Avis.

  19. #239
Just received my replacement Gold card. Ganda! Gold na gold ang itsura. Haha! Yung dati hindi eh.

  20. #240
