I have tried both and since I'm extremley oily, nagshishine na ako in just a few hours What I currently use: Shiseido Multi Defense UV Protector SPF 50. Light as a feather and dries to a velvety matte finish

    Hello guys,

Pano pag gusto mo mag tan specially when you go to the beach? Kasi sabi nila if you wear a sunblock, you're only gonna get a light tan. Eh gusto ko yung dark tan pa naman.

What I usually do is put on tanning oil (Hawaiian Tropics Dark Tan) then I only put on sunblock pag bad sun na like 10am - 3pm then i try to stay away from direct sunlight, tapos after 3pm re-apply na ulit tannign oil.

Will I still get dark tan pag nag sunblock ako the whole day? Tsaka do I put sunblock first then tanning oil or tanning oil then sunblock?

    Thanks!!!

Well I don't really use sunblock for everyday use ,

as for the face I use Olay Day cream

  6. #306
I use sunblock daily but I admit may times na nalilimutan ko maglagay. Hehe! I'm using Cetaphil (with SPF 50).

I tried VMV Hypoallergenics SPF 70 since it's waterproof, ideal for the beach. Kaya lang ang mahal niya.

  7. #307
    yes. Olay day cream

I don't wear sunblock regularly. I only wear some if I intend to go to the beach. But the dermatologist in fact strongly suggest that one should wear sunblock everyday, because even the mere lightbulbs are gently damaging.
Well, I don't wear sunblock because the few ones I've tried before caused me breakouts, I think. But it should help if your makeup contains some SPF.

    back to the topic.

    Always.

Most of my moisturizers have sunblock included in them.

I use Aveeno SPF100 facial Sunblock. I bought it here sa groceries. Mas mura sa states though, almost half the price

I recommend everyone use sunblock everyday not just during vacation or going to the beach.

I use VMV Sport 70 as a daily sunblock because it is waterproof and I sweat a lot :P The only con for me, is that my face is usually shiny after 4 hours, due to my oily skin.

Though this is an expensive product, it is better than using treatments for anti-aging and sun damage which is almost irreversible.

Yes, minimum SPF30. It keeps wrinkles at bay.

Nope, doesn't matter even if the sun hits me. Di ko alam kung bakit yung iba sobrang ingat sa skin, I have no problem with my skin tone because I'm lucky to be fair maintenance nalang ako syempre kailangan lagi kang naka likas papaya soap, I've been using it for 6 years and yes, naretain ang natural white skin ko kahit mag swimming pa, dun lang ako minsan naglalagay kasi mahirap ma sun burn xD sobrang akong namumula.

I use tanning oil that has SPF 30 on top of normal Sunscreen. You have to wait 30 minutes after you apply sunscreen tapos the tanning oil naman.

Also if you want a deep tan talaga, you should do it slowly. Don't sunbathe in one go... Masusunog ka.

Hindi lang naman to prevent darkening ang sunscreen. It prevents sun damage -- wrinkles, melasma, uneven pigmentation, skin cancer and premature ageing.

If you keep on going out in the sun without sunscreen, when you reach your 40s baka mukha ng leather ang balat mo. Lalo na at fair skinned ka, mas prone to sun damage.

Almost everyone I talk to na mukhang bata for their age, ang sagot nila when I ask them why they look so young is sunscreen. And lahat ng dermatologist would agree, you never leave the house without sunscreen kahit na cloudy.

I see, pero as of now, wala pa namang effects saakin gaano depends nalang kung sobrang tirik ang araw at pag naglakad naman ako let's say to school siguro sandali lang mga 10-15 minutes lang.

You won't see the sun damage now, pero you will see it when you are older and pagdating ng time na yun, it's irreversible.

It's possible to get sunburned in under 15 minutes depending on where you are and the angle of the sun.
