cool! taga-saan 'yung friend mo? suwerte ng mga taga-seattle. they can even watch her live at KeyArena. as for nat'l tv coverage (US), espn only had 1 seattle game in their schedule the entire regular season. (why oh why!?!) good thing oxygen tv picked up the wnba and has 3 storm games! i'm even thinking of getting the wnba league pass to see more games..

unfortunately, my friend's from new jersey. im asking him to look for tapes.

seattle storm isn't doing well but much better than last season without sue bird. i hope to be able to watch more of her games.

too bad. new jersey doesn't have a wnba team yet, so there is no chance for local wnba tv coverage. i'm sure there are out-of-market games available somewhere though. (aside from sports pay-per-view, the dish network, perhaps?)

the storm have won two straight after losing three in a row. i think they are in pretty good shape at the moment. (6-6, 5th in the western conference) IMHO, they have a 50-50 chance of making the playoffs this year...

    go sue!

In 21 minutes of play, Sue Bird had a game high 7 assists, plus 5 boards and 2 points on 1-8 shooting. Not bad for a rookie starter.

Did anyone else see the Seattle@Los Angeles WNBA game last night on ESPN2? This could very well be one of the matchups in the first round of the playoffs, with the Sparks still atop the West while the Storm just a half-game behind 4th place Portland.

Seattle beat L.A. 81-76 at Staples, winning their season series against the defending world champs (2 out of 3) and getting wins both at home and on the road. Rookie all-star Sue Bird was named best player of the game with 17 points and 10 assists. Go Storm!!

    Post the playoffs!!

Sue Bird, Lauren Jackson and their Seattle Storm are going to the playoffs!! I hope they get the L.A. Sparks in the first round. They match up better with L.A. than with the Houston Comets.

    Go Storm!!
