I'm jobless! Anyone here knows any call center hiring right now? besides Etelecare and SYKES???

you can call at 8445835 and ask for edward.
I'm working for parlance which is a foreign invested call
center which is under ePLDT.

Well, I applied at INFOnxx but I don't know what went wrong they never called me back.

since I live in Ortigas area, is there any call center here hiring right now beside SYKES????

There is another call center in Ortigas. It's Ambergris Solutions with offices at the Discovery Suites.

Do you they actually let you know if you did not qualify, or not? (by email/or phone)?

Hi there!

During my time the first test is the hearing test. They will let the applicants listen to a tape recording and after every situation they will ask you some question about the situation. Well, you have to be really get used to american, negro, british or Indian slang. coz some of the conversation is really hard to understand.

Can anyone tell me what other company here in Ortigas or Makati hiring Mandarin and English support?

it's located here in eastwood city, libis, quezon city.
lapit lang naman sa ortigas eh!

What kind of work do they offer there? How's the pay?

it's a call center with international and local clients.
the first ISO 9000 certified call center in the philippines.
it was customer contact center (or c-cubed) before
but since we've merged with source 1 already,
it's called SOURCE1 ASIA now.

as for the compensation
it's the basic salary for call center agents.
i'll pm it to you na lang..

Did you give your Cel no? Most of the time kasi, they just text the applicants.

you have work na? I believe SVI Connect is also a call center. It is located at the 5/F Orient Square Building,Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. try your luck there!!
