paps, ano ba ang size ng stock tire mo?

kung ako kasi, ok na ang michelin xm1. maganda ang grip both in wet and dry conditions.

if I were to choose, Ill go for Dunlop Lemans...707? ang alam ko 703 palang ang latest..

btw,

Kakabili ko lang last month ng tires sa P. Tuazon sa Cubao.

Nankang NS2 for 2900 x 4 = Php 11600...

Mura na yet, ok pa ang specs. Meaning, sa Traction A, Threadwear 340, Temperature A , Create date 3309

Traction = Kung gano kakapit pag sa wet na kalsada
Threadwear = Gano kabilis mapudpod ... the higher the better
Temperature = sa temperature resistance
Date of Create = 4 years ang expiration date ng gulong. 3309 --> 33 indicates the week so 33rd week, and 09 -> year.

and, my tires is 205-45-16s

What size are you getting? That would help in determining if the price is okay or not.

As a point of comparison, i recently got a set of 195/60R15 Goodyear Eagle F1's for 3.4K each.

Normally i use either Goodyear or Bridgestone Turanzas and they're fine in the daily grind (I usually look for a balance of minimal road noise and good wet grip as my usual preference).

Question

I've used the Michelin XM1's on my Civic. These are low rolling resistance tires like those used in Hybrids. I'm getting about 13km/L average combining some hypermiling techniques. So ok naman siya. Mejo mahal lang pero the tradeoff is better fuel economy.

mas durable ang Bridgestone Tires sa Pinas roads. mahal ng kaunti pero bawing bawi mo ito in the long run.

Goodyear eh hehehehe pangalan lang ang maganda.

a friend is using GT tires in his pick up. at first, hesitant siya dahil indonesia made. but it turns out to be a good decision. the quality is not bad. mas mura pa compare to known brands.

sir urok, as per my experience yun ha.. pero sulit siya kasi mura na, at ok din ang quality. yup indonesia nga ata to.

yung suggest ko naman nankang is taiwan made.

http://www.nankang.com.tw/home.php?f...t_1&no=7&pno=1

so far ok sya. Naibiyahe ko na ng makati to bataan to isabela vice versa, ok pa rin... in terms of handling sa wet, hinde nagfifish tail. sporty pa yung look ng goma and matigas ang side walls.

IMHO

At this price level, the Kumho is the bang for the buck... no negative feedback so far from them. I might try Kumho's for my next tire change (not the KH17 though since the ones installed in the other SUV performs quite well).

Still, any the above choices are good... gone are the days (hopefully) that some economy tires are prone to bukol.
