Looking for:
- 2 or 3 BR, bigger floor area preferred
- budget of max P6M, inclusive of parking slot
- prefer walking distance from Robinsons Galleria or SM Mega Mall
- higher floor and good view preferred
- ready for occupancy now
- not older than 10yrs old
