Mga sir ask ko lang po kung ano po ba ang panglason na nilalagay sa bagong palitada na wall.Gusto ko po kasing pinturahan at ano po ba ang magandang pintura na brand na pwedeng ilagay.Sabi po kasi nila na kailangang lasunin muna ang wall para mas lalong dumikit at maganda.

Concrete Neutralizer yun. Available naman sa pag bibilhan mo ng pintura. Remember to leave it over night bago mo pinturahan ok. Yung mga available na Elastomeric paints from new manufacturers are being touted as "self Priming" Meaning direct to concrete na and wala ng latex primer. I tried them and so far ok naman. Neutralizer kills mold and mildew and it will help prevent weak adhesion and paint chipping.

The paint being sold here claiming to be mineral paint also does not need neutralizer and primer. It must be applied directly to the concrete/plaster.

Halos lahat ng known brands like Davies and Boysen has Elastomerics eh. Pero may mga ibang brand like Sun and Rain, flexseal, weatherguard, rain or shine. Almost all naman has the same properties. Tanung ka na lang kung ano mura dyan sa mabibilhan mo. San ka sa Cavite?

Sa Dasmariñas Brod.Matagal na kasing nafinishing yung wall ko.Pwede bang primer flat latex na lang tapos elastomeric paint ang ilagay o kailangan talagang lagyan ng neutralizer.Sabi kasi sa hardware paint center kahit hindi lagyan.Gusto ko lang pong malinawagan.

Yes ok naman lagyan ng flat latex as primer pero yung new players in paint brands like Sun and Rain and Rain or Shine are saying self priming naman ang mga elastomeric nila. Which I do believe. Although Davies and Boysen and other premium brands also have Elastomeric paints they don't promote the non-use of primers maybe because baka malugi naman yung priming products nila. Since matagal ng na plaster yung walls mo importante ma neutralize muna nga yan and be cleaned at the same time also.

Anong magandang klase ng paint na pwede gamitin sa wood at cement walls? yung hindi nagmomoist kapg malamig. Ska di madali mabakbak

You'll need swatches for that and sa totoo lang any color will do.
" wag matakot sa kulay" Said a famous interior Designer before. But yes, meron din principle of color combination from the triadic to quadratic color schemes. I myself use a guide. I have color guide from BHER paints from the US. If you have relatives there have them get some for free from Home Depot. Bher Paints also have a website, check it out.

Davies came out with something new.. They call it PONDO. Primer paint that has extra body in it. Makatawan ika nga bro. Vulcaseal pa rin I guess. Kung may fiber glass roof ka don't be tempted to use silicone sealants. Silicone is not good being exposed to the elements. Kung near the edges ang iseseal mo like flashing use Flashing tape like Flashbond.
