It's friggin' hilarious - I can't remember the last time I laughed out loud in the cinema (checked my brain at the door, btw).

There's a cameo that's worth the price of the ticket.

Surprisingly hilarious. Great chemistry between Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum (who is typically pretty dull on screen is hilarious in this), plus an unexpected cameo by [spoiler start]Johnny Depp in which he reprises the character that made him a star.[spoiler end]

I saw this one online a couple of weeks ago, it was a really good action comedy! Tatum and Hill has great chemistry. I was expecting the cameo of the original cast but was surprised on who they were on the new movie

When I learned that the adaptation would have a comedic tone, I was like... "wuuut? Johnny Depp oughta be sh!tting bricks for this". But after seeing what they did to this one, I thought that the original series would have been much better if it had this much comedy. Not that the original wasnt good though. The jokes really cracked me up, the punch lines were smart and never insults your intelligence. Tawa ako ng tawa dun sa freeway chase, halatang panglilibak sya sa mga car chases nung mga classic cop movies. And of course the cameo had me in stitches, its something to watch out for.

I understand but [spoiler start] it added comedic tone to the scene. If you notice hindi dramatic yung acting nila dun. Medyo satire kasi sya ng mga cliches sa mga cop buddy movies, kaya katawa eksena na yun. Depp kasi at one point was irritated by his teen-idol status brought by his tom hanson character, kaya siguro he made a caricature of his character. But hey, its hollywood. Di naman pinakita na namatay nga sila talaga. Implied lang. Malay natin sa sequel andun nanaman sya,[spoiler end]
