The successful candidate is expected to provide superior customer service in handling queries regarding products including processing of new client accounts, customer retention, implementing requested changes to existing accounts and performing other account maintenance and clerical duties as required by the customer, in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Finished 2 years in college of any course
- Preferably with 6 months work experience in customer service or account management
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS-Office products: Mail, Word & Excel
- Must possess telephone courtesy skills
- Must be able to work shifting schedule, including weekend and holiday work schedules
