If I not mistaken isn't this the same girl back in early 2000's from MTB's singing contest,because she already sounded like this I was only 10 or 11 that time.

Si Charice at Gian talaga and pinakamagaling sa lahat ng LBS seasons so far. And definitely talo sa Pop Star Kids sa GMA/QTV.

Wah as in ngayon ko lang siya narinig ang nakitang magperform i hope she makes it big internationally di man siya nanalo locally pero tingnan niyo naman ang pagpahalaga sa kanya ng taga ibang bansa.

According to her best friends's blog, Charice has been contacted by the Ellen Degeneres show already and she will be leaving for the USA soon. Not only that, but there is also a possible guestiing on OPRAH!! Wow, grabe na ito.

She will be also guesting on Entertainment Live tomorrow and on ASAP on Sunday. She is also Martin Nievera's guest in his concert at the Mall of Asia on December 8. Siguro after that concert na ang alis niya for the US.

Sayang ngayon lang siya na-notice ng ABS-CBN. Well sorry na lang sila but they are too late kasi she is destined for bigger things.

Indie record = independent record deal.

Meaning, may kontrata na siya with an independent recording company.

I always thought the girl was kinda underrated. She was my bet in that local tv singing contest for kids but I think someone else grabbed the top prize. I can still vividly remember how she made my jaw dropped in her rendition of I Will Always Love You by W. Houston and I'm so glad the world is now seeing and acknowledging the same great talent I saw in this kid.

btw, that was a cute report by daily 10, especially the part where she was being compared to Jennifer Hudson.
