Does anyone know the rates of convergys commonwealth? Either AT&T or GM? My friends are thinking of getting into there. Ano po ang basic pay for tech support? Kasi when I was there back in early 06 12k lang ang basic namin. Is true na sabi ng kasama ko na ang Call Center Rep palang sa GM ay 15k na ang basic nila? Parang ang taas naman?!

if you're going for a tech support acct, the starting basic is 14k for no cc exp, 16k for those with over 6months cc exp. plus allowance of 2500 (transpo + meal) + 20% nite diff.

for ccr, i believe the basic is 12k to 15k depending on the acct and on your cc experience.

im in a tech support acct and my basic is 16k.

btw, just for info of those who are asking, min reqt for cvg applicants are:
- 18 y/o above

yes, tumatawag talaga sila sa mga character references.i'm just not sure if malalaman nila if u have a memo from your previous work po.

i'm currently working for CVG and i could say super saya ko sa company na to. The training was very good and the people are really accomodating. People really help each other in terms of giving positive and constructive criticisms for you to get better. In the same way, you should be open to it.

I'm here at CVG tower 1. if you would like to apply, ang hit ditong account is Onstar. GPS. sales ka dapat. ang daming incentives. yun nga lang, the clients are really strict when it comes to fraudulent sales. any moment pwede ka sibakin. literally.

yes, tumamatawag talaga sila. I remember, i listed all my previous superiors don sa hospital where i had my OJT. regarding the memo thing, it won't matter naman as long as hindi sasabihin ng tatawagan. but if you're in good terms with the character references you listed on your resume, that shouldn't be a problem. what matters is hindi ka nagAWOL sa previous company na pinagtrabahuhan mo.

natawa naman po ako sa location mo, mam.. hehe.. baka po CVG 1 hehe (pasensya na't medyo OC).. but yeah, u were right.. patok na account talaga ang O*st*r.. though am not fr that account & am a former CVG employee, i can attest na bigatin ang acct na yan.. yung mga nakikita kong agent kasi dyan nung panahon ko mukhang mayayaman eh hehe..

CVG DOES CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECK.. please do not belittle CVG.. kung sa tingin nyo trusted nyo ang mga char. references nyo, timbrehan nyo na agad.. yung mga NPA (no permanent address) diyan, sikapin nyo nang maghanap ng maituturing ninyong bahay nyo, kasi pati mismo family mo iko-confirm kung anak ka nila at kung dun ka talaga nakatira, hehe..

I was wondering if you would need a police and court clearance once you're hired at Convergys. Oh and would you need to apply for a TIN yourself or do they do it for you (for first time employees)? Thanks to anyone who replies to my question. :-)

it really depends on the account. when i applied i only had nbi/sss/tin. when i got transferred to a particular account, they asked for police clearance. the account i am with now did not ask
for one though.

guys help, can you please help me get the number where I can follow up on my SSS remittance? Convergys, as I have learned recently, did not remit any contribution to sss, i just want to follow up. 3 years pa ago ako nagwork sa convergys. di pa ganun kaganda ang system nila noon tulad ngayon.

^according to the lawyer of my wavemate, d daw totoo yung bond na yun. panakot lang. illegal daw kasi yun since hindi naman daw kame sales person. yung wavemates nung wave na nauna sa amin, madami daw nag AWOL na hindi pa natatapos yung 4 mos, hindi naman daw sila hinabol. ang sabi kasi, mas malaki pa ang magagastos ng CVG kung maghahabol sila. yun nga lang, wala kang clearance at pangit sa resume na nagAWOL ka (yun e kung idedeclare mo ang company). at your own risk nga lang ito. hehe.

20k laki naman tama wag mo na lang ilagay sa resume mo nag awol ka sa convergys o kaya banggitin mo sa interview sigurado di ka tatanggapin sa sususnod na lilipatan na call center. Tsaka pag usapan labor di sinasampa sa korte kasi ma dismiss yun. idudulog dapat sa NLRC national labor relations commissions. di na nila pwede bawiin yung sahod that you have rendered service kasama na training.

Ang guapo ni Brian Libres. TL lang sya dati sa Enterprise. I think OM na sya ngayon. Last time na nakita ko sya eh sa Megamall. Sobrang guapo, malinis at mabango tingnan. Share ko lang.

Ako din sobrang saya ng stay ko sa Cvg. Kaso ang bagal ng promotion. Pero ayos lang. 2 years na kong wala sa Cvg pero I still go out with my Cvg friends. Ka-ym ko din parati *** mga TL at ilan sa mga ka-wave ko na na-promote na din sa wakas.

I'm a licensed nurse and it's really hard to get a job in a hospital. Anyway I tried applying at Etelecare, I passed all their exams and only 7 of us made it to the final interview. I wasn't really prepared and I didn't even do a research about the company. I was too honest and gave all the wrong answers to the interviewers questions...hehe... I've learned and my lesson and applied at convergys, and by God's grace I made it! Our training will start on Nov 12.
