regarding sa question mo how much ang surveying ng lupa based on my experience it is 6k php pero provincial rate kasi yon sa aklan. as far as i know dito sa metro manila it ranges around 22k-30k depending on the size of the lot. kasama na dun *** subdivision ng lupa based on your requirements. =)
