What is Extraderm?

Pardon me, but I often see women buying this stuff whith numbers on it (Extraderm 1, 2, 3). What are these? And why do they have Extraderm kits for sale (the ones with other extraderm products)? What does it do? Why are there different kinds (1,2,3)? Is it really effective? Is it the same as the tretinoin tube my dermatologist recommended? But if it's tretinoin, is it in a bottle? Is it in liquid form?

i guess differs in concentration. btw not only contain tretinoin it also has hydroquinone as well. you can check the bottle.
