Lahat ng Big 3 ay kagalang-galang at malaki ang kontribusyon sa bansa at sa history ng Pinas.

Feeling part of the Big 3 = DLSU
Puro insecurities at pa-utot kasi alam nila na sa guniguni lang nila na magaling ang skewl bukol nila. Ebaks in real life... past, present and forevah. Hanggang showbiz at basketbol lang talaga.

Tanggapin na lang natin ang katotohanan at mawawala ang awayan.

first of all, i would like to make it clear that i did not graduate from one of the big 3 schools mentioned by bulldogs_fan, nor did i study in dlsu. i am from mapua - the mapua-ran MIT - not the one currently part of the yuchengco group of companies, lest i get accused of being a dlsu supporter....

people, i am not typing this post to say that i am against bulldogs_fan from saying that dlsu is not part of the big 3, nor am i also against those trying to counter this person's belief. what i am trying to say is to keep the posts clean. do not resort to insults. wag kayong pikon. if what another person is saying doesn't conform to what you believe in, then, i say, please respect their opinion. also, if they would not accept what you are trying to say, do not force it on them. present all the facts that you know, voice out your opinions regarding something they said, pero wala naman sanang murahan, ok? bukod sa nakakasawa na eh nakakainis pa. please try to read your post and think if it reflects well on your school and yourself before clicking on that "Submit Reply" button.

Ranking or declaring the "best" implies certain criteria. Ang kulang sa mga nagpopost dito ay yung statement ng criteria nila. The best saan? Number one sa ano? Kung mag post tayo dito ng top 3 schools sa ka-jologan? or based sa dami ng baklang estudyante? or sa laki ng buildings?

A lot of people who rank the top 3 and the best schools etc. fail to state their basis for making claims. Moreover, they fail to cite facts to back them up.

The much-maligned Asiaweek survey is a great example of a ranking system that I can accept. Of course, like most people here, I disagree with a lot of the criteria they set but at least alam ko yung basis nila. Eh yung nandito: "the best kami, ebaks kayo" Wala namang proof. Ang proof lang niya, sa kanya rin galing.

Oh well. But altair is right. Basta may newbies, may lalabas at lalabas na ganyang thread.
