the lines are usually drawn between boss and subordinates regardless of school affinity.

the interests are typically pretty much the same. so we get along just fine. of course, there's a little bit of ribbing here and there around basketball season. but that's about it. oh and where i've worked, UP and admu alums sometimes do give dlsu grads a hard time (just a little bit) about their school's repu-tation.

Here's Stampede again trying hard to raise the level of admu by deliberately feeling that admu is at par w/ UP... :rotfl:

Reality check: admu is more comparable to institutions of its' class and level like Saint Louis University-Baguio and University of St. La Salle-Bacolod, all having the distinction as Level III Academic Institutions.

136 schools ordered to phase out 155 courses

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has ordered 136 colleges and universities nationwide to discard some of their courses because many graduates had flunked licensure tests.

Professional and Regulatory Commission records show only five percent of graduates at these schools passed examinations given by the commission between 1997 and 2001, said Roger Perez, CHED executive director.

He said the poor test results barred graduates from practicing in an array of fields, including accounting, architecture, chemistry, chemical engineering, civil engineering, Customs brokerage, forestry, mechanical engineering, medical technology, nutrition-dietetics, occupational and physical therapy, electrical engineering, and teaching.

The 136 schools, including 26 located in Metro Manila, were ordered to drop 155 programs gradually from the start of the new school year in June, Perez said.

The 26 Metro schools include the Technological Institute of the Philippines, University of the East, Sta. Rita College (Parañaque), Sienna College, AMA-Quezon City, Arellano University (Legarda and Pasig), Feati University and De La Salle University.

Di ko maintindihan kung bakit pinipilit maki-lebel sa Ateneo at UP, obyus na ebaks naman.

Maki-sosyalan na lang kayo sa mga ka-uri niyo, pwede ba. Baka mahawa pa sa kabobohan niyo ang mga magagalang at magagaling na taga Ateneo, UP at UST.

May "K" naman talaga ang mga taga Ateneo at UP na pagtawanan ang mga taga-La Salle. Ang dami kasing bobo (hindi lahat ha) dun. Si sprakatumski isa na siguro. Puro "Rah Rah Rah La Salle Sis Bum Ba Bo-Bo La Salle " maski alam naman ng lahat na ebaks skewl bukol.
