Help! Windows socket error: API "connect"

this error shows up like every 20 seconds

and also this

how do i solve this?

yoh! pranz, kung alam mo yung ip address at name ng server mo ilagay mo ito sa host file.

At saan mo makukuha ito? - just use find file, then type host*.* and look for hosts or hosts.sam then type them like this:

#ipaddress hostname
192.168.100.11 habsys1


then tapos ang problema :D

kung windows9X ang gamit mo, matatagpuan mo itong file nato under \windows\system. kung sa winnt wrkstation/server/ windows 2000 nasa directory \winnt\system32\drivers\etc. ang file name nya is hosts or hosts.sam. then open mo yung file na yan sa notepad, after that insert mo yung ipaddress and local host ng server ng program na nag e-error. para dika malito may sample yung hosts file gayahin mo nalang. :D
