I don't know if they have this brand in the Philippines but Stuf does a good Mixed Berry & Walnut Shell Body Exfoliator if you're looking for something cheap but effective. It retails in Australia for around AUD$15-20.

St. Ives' products are good, and there are many yummy variants to choose from.

St. Ive's Apricot Scrub is pretty affordable and not bad. Why don't you try using a loofah? I heard that Neutrogena's body scrub is okay too.

what do you mean by "expensive"? how much is your budget?

try nu skin body lufra, its price is 760 if you're not a member, and only 532 for members. (email me at sbiyi@yahoo.com for details)

i don't know lang if that's cheap or expensive for you :)

don't mention this to st. ives' users, pero it's kinda harsh sa skin kasi may abrasive edges ang beads nito (so i guess that's why they're cheaper). sa nu skin they use spherical beads (round edges).

st ives have made their apricot scrubs finer so it's not as 'harsh' as it was before.

let's not forget that it's a facial srub and not para sa body.

but if you want a moisturizing body scrub that's both effective and cheap, i suggest you make your own.
just add iodized salt to your usual bath gel or mix (in equal proportion) oil ( i am partial to olive oil but you can use baby oil if you like) and iodized salt(if your skin is oily to normal)/sugar (if your skin is dry) and scrub away before taking a warm bath.

Meron din St. Ives Apricot BODY Scrub . I got mine sa H&B section ng SM for less than P200 -- and it's really effective! Pwede rin na you don't have to use soap afterwards kasi smooth and silky na yung skin.

I would also recommend yung RICE BRAN SCRUB ng Body Shop. Very effective sakin plus nakakaputi pa. :)

RICE BRAN and SOYA QUINOA (tama ba spelling ko?) for me. Both from Body shop.

question na rin for you guys, how much body scrub do you use per session? do you use up one whole jar or half a jar per session? ako kc konti lang gumamit eh. In fact, I've used my RICE BRAN for more than 10 times.

I've used Bath and Body Work's Bath Salts, it works best during the cold winter months when your skin gets so dry.
