and my friends and i have reached a consensus. guys wearing diesel jeans are gorgeous ;) when we walk around and see a guy in perfect fit jeans and great wash and then we see it's from diesel. we start drooling :drool:

karasu-well, in my opinion, great jeans are hard to find. it's not the quantity, it's the quality of your jeans. and once you find the perfect pair for you, then you're going to wear them forever. having said that, diesel jeans or any other brand, may it be priced prohibitively will be justified since you will wear them practically the whole of your adult life. it's all a matter of personal taste and fit and of course, finances. as i said, there's something about the fit and the wash that makes diesel the best. they're just right...not too tight and not baggy. it really makes a whole lot of difference. and i actually buy my diesel's in manila because they are cheaper than over here in new york.

I've become a levi's convert since they brought out their engineered jeans and the 558 dirty denims. They're reasonably priced, between AUD $150 and $180 a pair depending on the cut. Provided you're over 5'3" usually the lengths are good as well and gone are the days of alterations.
