i'd choose the gym just because i like my endorphins. depending on your gym, the facility can also have a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a massage service.

definitely all three, they all provide some sort of relaxation in and de-stressing formula in one way or the other. That's how i pamper myself

i usually go to Orient Day Spa (Makati). try their Thai medical massage, relaxing sya.

But since that's not possible as of the moment, my order of priority is:

1. Parlor

2. Gym

3. Spa

parlor: Propaganda and regines - depends on the service i need
