ey, i know one although very informal writing workshop lang to...P200 per session (that's two hours) sa goodwill bookstore-makati. It has a morning session on creative writing and afternoon session on business writing. i tried it last saturday and so far okay naman...it's being handled by pinoywriters.net...check it out in case yer interested... :D
