What's new & good in the bar/resto scene ???

Hello, I've been abroad for the past 4 months and I've noticed that there are quite a number of new bars/restos that have sprung up...Can you guys tell me what's new out there? I hear there's a Buddha Bar now...where is it? how is it? What's new in Rockwell,Malate and Libis?

Libis is mostly Car racing! but the crowd is nice din namn!
