How to get Driver License? Where.....

I\m 19, Wish to apply for LTO Driver License probably non-ProF.
My parent which cant help me get one. So i figure out to apply for myself. Can anyone Help how to apply without being victim's of FIXERS! I really do afraid those fixers....

Just go to LTO office in Boni or Tayuman.

You will have to fill in application form, take Drug Test and Eye exam. Then a written exam and actual driving exam.

Then, if all of them are OK, you will pay for your license.

They will take your pix and you will be given a temporary Non-prof. license.

It's as easy as that. No need for fixers.

I went to Boni branch of LTO last November 2001, I was able to get my temporary Non-Pro license in less than 4 hours.

My officemate went to Tayuman and she was able to get hers in 2 days. So good luck.
