I'm sure that once in a while we chance upon the home shopping network and we see different machines being advertised. Do any of them work?

For as long as people want to lose weight and look spunky (I'm inventing my adjectives here), there will always be exercise and fitness machines to take their money away. I think that weight loss is all about discipline. Sure, Science factors in, but outside of maintaining a healthy diet and a consistent work-out, how many permutations should you really come up with to battle the bulge?

discipline is the number one factor to be fit and have that bungacious body.

so, i say that, the fitness machines work if you make them work for you.

catch lang yung 5mins a day...ek ek. unless you really c to it that u workout 5min a day.

i recommend that instead of buying those machines, establish ka na lang kahit anong daily routine like walking or jogging. mura pa. :)

maybe those machines would work if they're user-friendly & if the ppl who buy them follow the program [which includes eating right] ...

sometimes though, they're not designed for short ppl like the ab rollers & put ppl like me in danger of straining our backs ... :(

hi chiqui! well, as for what iv already seen on tv, it all works. it just depends on what kind of work-out you want to do or what particular muscle you want to get worked-out.

Nasa tao talaga yan. Even if you buy the most expensive machine and you wouldn't use it as directed or as ofen.... i think sayang lang. One can lose weight kahit wala machines..basta may proper mindset, discipline and diet. :)
