I saw a construction of a mall infront of lanmark. Will this be the next gimik place to replace powerplant mall?

We've been waiting for this place to finally get finished ever since they started tearing down the old Greenbelt landmarks: Shakey's, Strumm's, etc.

I'm hoping it'll be a cross between PowerPlant and ATC. Definitely going to give Eastwood and PowerPlant a run for their money.
