I can't be kikay. I never had the inclination anyway, but I realized that I can't even wear makeup. I'm working and travelling and I can't wear makeup. Hay. My skin is very sensitive.

So my beauty regimen consists mostly of taking care of my skin and hair. I love paampering my skin anyway. My hair is a different matter. It's very thick(as in makapal na nga, makapal pa ang strands) and kindda wavy. It has to be tamed.

For the skin, I use the anti-bacterial soap from BodyShop: Tea Tree soap. Then I also use their very lovely and very expensive Body Butternut skin lotion/cream(?). I also use an exfoliating scrub every three days from Philosophy. Mahal din sya. I'm gonna switch to the bath scrub from Origins which smells and looks really yummy. I think pareho lang sila nang price nang Philosophy.

For the hair.....hay naku, I need advice here. Wala pa talagang shampoo and conditioner na wagi sa buhok ko. Ang hot oil ko nga is 2x a month na eh.

hi! i have very sensitive skin too. so, my dermatologist told me to switch to Clinique products - skin care, cosmetics, hair care, etc. she says i can use other hypoallergenic products but she recommends Clinique as their products are backed by intensive research. also, she says i should avoid scented stuff as the fragrance might be causing some irritation on my face. hope you could try her advice too.

i never go to sleep without cleaning and moisturizing my face. i usually use kiehl's gentle foaming facial cleanser during the late fall to winter months and their ultra facial moisturizer..during extreme winter conditions..i use creme de lamer. during the late spring to summer months..i use lkiehl's non detergent facial wash and a VERY small amount of moisturizer..like penny-size.

for hair, i use basic shampoo and conditioner...lately it's either vitavive from l'oreal or hydro something(haha i forgot the damn name!) during winter, i try not to shampoo every day..so i use bumble and bumble's hair powder to absorb oil during the in-between days. i also use infusium 33's live in conditioner because my hair tends to dry out every time i shampoo due to the abuse i did to it during college(i used to blow dry my hair every day..killed my hair).

CLEANSE-TONE-MOISTURIZE is the key but with me, I add SUNBLOCK because I have freckles and sunblock is a staple for me.

my morning ritual:

CLEARASIL
NEUTROGENA OIL FREE TONER
CLINIQUE'S SPOT TREATMENT CREAM -- for my freckles again! to keep them from darkening.
CLINIQUE'S CITY SUNBLOCK SPF 25

my nightime ritual:

ST. IVE'S MEDICATED APRICOT SCRUB- exfoliates and is good for breakouts and blemishes
CLEARASIL - because the Medicated Apricot Scrub drys the skin, so good with Clearasil so it won't dry up.
NEUTROGENA'S CLEAR PORE NIGHTIME GEL - clarifying gel

that's it....

Clinique is great product...very good for the skin... my makeup products are all Clinique -- they have great whitening products...
:D

For the face, all I use are derma products. Saya nga nang buhay nang derma ko :bah:. The products I mentioned above are for my body. I'm apprehensive in trying products in the market--which takes some of the fun from being a girl and shopping.
My only non-derma product for the face in Neutrogena's Moisture. It's a light moisturizer with SPF 15 protection.

I tried Clinique before, but my skin got irritated. :hopeless:
