GIGI of Propaganda.. she doesnt wax... she plucks...
if you want wax talaga, try sa Clarins... sa Rustans
or threading.... sa Basement.. dunno her name.. basta assitant ni Ken

i agree ... GIGI of Propaganda does eyebrows very well.. she doesnt go overboard with the plucking so you don't end up looking mataray....

I go to Mac Labay of Basecut Salon in Libis. He's the only one allowed to touch my eyebrows now since I've had several traumatic incidents.
