oo nga, paano linisan ang birkenstock? binigay ko na yung sa akin sa dad ko kasi hindi ko alam kung paano linisan yun. my dad loves those birks kasi he gets the comfort of a chinelas without wearing chinelas :)

my birks are suede and the other other one is nubuck and so its hell trying to clean them! ang hirap tanggalin nung dumi lalo na yung nubuck kasi parang cream yung color. ang dungis nila!
anyway, i use the leather cleaner from birkenstock. its liquid and you're supposed to apply it with a soft cloth and let it dry for 12 hours. and then you get a nubuck bar, rub it all over your sandals and then brush your sandals. whew! effort talaga at hindi pa siya gaano effective that's why my advice is to 1) buy birks that are made of leather or waxy leather na lang para mas madaling alagaan; 2) stick to the dark colored birks and; 3) take very good care of your birks when you buy them. linisin niyo kaagad kahit konti lang ang dumi dahil ang hirpa talagang tanggalin pag major na! yun lang :)

When you say pinupunasan, does that mean binabasa mo? Because I have a big fear of getting my Birks wet. Because as much as possible, ayoko na umitim yung sila. I've had them for several years now and because madumi paa ko, umiitim rin sila. And I do want to get the black out...

We have a local product called WINDEX and I use it to wipe off any grime or unsightly marks on my birks and it keeps it looking radiant and healthy!

ive this feeling that the birks cleaner must cost HEAPS! my window cleaner is only US$1.50 for a 750 ml bottle and you only need a small spritz to clean both sandals

well, i got the same problem. Lahat naman siguro ng may suede at nubuck material sa kanilang birks would experience the same.
where could i buy this WINDEX? any side effects in using this product?

where could i buy this WINDEX? any side effects in using this product? Im not sure if WINDEX is available in Manila. As an alternative, look for a glass cleaner in stores that house imported items. Make sure that the liquid is clear. As for side effects, NONE at all it works so well on white Birks
