Have you seen the building? Can anybody give me a little background information on The Podium? Who owns this, etc.?

This is beside ADB. I think SM owns this. High end version. I think it will open soon. Starbucks looks ready na.

Yup, SM owns The Podium and it's targeted to rival Rockwell by only accepting tenants catering to the high-end market. It's advantage: accessibility. Its disadvantage: accessibility. :)

It's located along San Miguel Ave. right behind Benguet Center and across El Pueblo and Discovery Suites.

Starbucks opened yesterday kso close na sya ng 12am...

Accessible nga sya especially sa lugar namin.. We're located at JMT bldg... (tatawid ka lan :) )

Ur correct hat_tr1ck, the problem is its accessibility.... Try sana namin mag-starbucks kagabi kso andami tao plus masyadong maliwanag un place.. Para kang nasa limelight... hehehehe....

Magkita-kita tayo since malamang madadalas kme dun... (un e kung hinid kme maghihirap sa prices nila dun)
