I forgot the title but I remember it being shown on the old Channel 2 on Saturday afternoons.

The characters I remember by the way they were called, like "Beggar" and "Big Brother". But I'm sure most of us can remember the intro scene, with these two guys breaking into a temple doing their Crouching Tiger... kung-fu thing and afterwards dueling off with this guitar-like instrument and a flute whie the temple collapses around them. *okay*

yun yung endless love na series. my friend said that iba iba raw yung title ng mga korean series dito sa atin. kaya ang hirap tuloy maghanap ng sites tungkol sa show.

Aaah! Endless Love pala yung title diyan! Kasi dito sa International Channel An Autumn Fairy Tale direct translation yata eh. It was so good that I kicked myself for not watching it from the start! Since, hindi ko naumpisahan, I ended up watching it on an abridged DVD version. Galing nakakaiyak talaga! Simple characters, very fast paced, you can draw emotions.

WON BIN? My friend got me hooked on him, I think he's so cute and a very versatile actor. I mean he can play roles from the sensitive cutie to the bad boy juvenile. Watch out for him in 2046 with Zhang Ziyi. He took over Takuya Kimura's role kasi nag-back out si KimuTaku. Ang alam ko lang na other drama series niya yung Kokji (Myung-tae)?? Yung Private school kid siya. Pero I've heard of a lot of his dramas he even had a drama where he had very long hair, pero I have not seen it. He only got popular because of Autumn Fairy Tale or Endless Love or Fall Story...ang daming title!:lol:


Recently, I watched his film it's entitled Guns and Talks. May pagka salbahe siya doon very different from his past character sa Endless Love.

San sa Ongpin may nagbebenta? Or may alam pa kayong ibang lugar? Sa net, pwede kayo mag-order sa www.yesasia.com and reliable naman sila kaso ang mahal lang ng handling. Pero okay na rin. Pwede rin sa wanita.com pero hindi pa ako nag-order dun kaso sabi ng marami, hindi daw maganda quality.

yup, i know about arirang...its a purely korean channel but incidentally, wa yi=CETV (www.cetv.com)...and it keeps on showing korean series during the 9 pm slot. at pag 7 o 8 pm naman e taiwanese series on chinese classics at pag saturday parang korean extravaganza kase may korean series uli pero every sat lang pinapalabas, usually, super sikat na artista dito. tapos, meron pang music show something na korean din.

i dont know about thai jap etc series pero sure ako, sa ongpin maraming nagpapa-rent ng hongkong, china, and most esp taiwanese series and movies in vhs and in vcds! jap and korean...malabong meron...pero pag pumunta ka ng china or hongkong ngayon, i can give you a big assurance na very widely spread sa market ang selling ng vcds ng korean and japanese series! :wink:

P1,200 per series pero bumili pa rin ako. yung Autumn Fairy Tale, P1,300 siya. sayang walang All About Eve. pero sabi ng WM ng Arirang, ipalalabas daw nila AAE sa ArirangTV next year. kasi kapapalabas lang daw sa Arirang sa US. sana sa January na!

Oh my god! I just saw this film yesterday on WOWOW! It was the coolest! Kahit na di ko maintindihan yung pinagsasabi nila, pinanood ko pa rin! Actually, makukuha mo naman yung gist eh! It's BLOODY GORE! Hehe!

Galing ng director nitong si Kinji Fukasaku! Actually, kaya ko sya napanood kase I saw the making of this film... sa WOWOW rin! And the reason that I watched it is because yung scene na ginagawa nila eh yung nasa kitchen. True, cute talaga sila! It was very funny kase nahulog-hulog pa yung isang girl sa sliding chair habang shinu-shoot yung scene na yon! :laugh:

Sayang, we don't have CETV on our cable. Jang Dong-gun's movies will be shown in February sa STar Mandarin movies, including the very successful FRIEND.

I love Woman vs. Woman, sobrang funny! And also Days of Delight, ang dami kong natutunan about their culture (with regards to marriage :D) sa drama na 'to. And cute din nina Lee Tae-Ran and Kim Sang-kyung. Okay din yung guy who plays Hong Hoon-Jae, ang tyaga niya!

Addicted din me sa korean dramas, aside from the fact na maganda stories nila at mabilis ang pacing, mga guwapo at magaganda pa mga bida nila. Bilib din ako sa mga internet sites nila, nakakapag-offer sila ng VOD. Like sa MBC, you can watch All About Eve in its entirety. Ganun din Beautiful Days and your Won Bin favorite.

THE BEST EVER!!! I really love this show! As in nagma-marathon ako ng AAE halos gabi-gabi. Pinapanood ko buong show almost every night. Ang galing pa ng soundtrack. Favorite song ko nga now ang As It Is (Sun Mi's theme), ringtone pati.

Nakakaloka ALL ABOUT EVE! Ang ganda lahat, pati soundtrack.

eto yung favorite ko!! it's a Japanese drama series it was aired sa JET TV dati pa, wala na kasing jet tv ngayon eh... sayang!! ganda pa naman nito!! it's about a love triangle between 2 bestfriends na girl and a guy. actually nag break kasi yung dalawa tapos yung bestfriend na isa sinamantala kasi may gusto siya dun sa guy hanggang sa dumating yung point na binalck mail niya yung guy ans sinabi na pregnant siya pero hindi naman pero sa bandang huli namatay din yung isang girl and yung dating mag bf yung nagkatuluyan. maganda yun!!! hindi ko lang kasi nakwento ng maayos!!! :)

nope. not true. what happened was a taiwanese fan wrote that in the aae videoland board and some taiwanese newspaper used her story without verifying whether it was true or not. i think this happened almost a month ago pa. the taiwanese paper had issued an erratum na.

AT the threshold of an era= hongkong sobrang okay to... hebigat... if you really want to watch a tv series with many twists and excitement... okay to... highly recomended

Tian Di Nan Er (forgot the english title)= Hongkong starring Louis koo

Tomato(Korea)=okay rin to... masaya ang ending

Juliet's Boyfriend/ Goodbye Juliet (Korea)= da best to... starring Cha Tae Hyun of My Sassy Girl sobrang kakatuwa, madrama... basta highly recommended...

My Sassy Girl- heto sobrang sikat na to... Starring Cha Tae Hyun, and Kim Hyun Joo (tama ba to?)
Shempre yung mga recent favorites: MG1, MG2 and Love storm
these are light dramas lang naman... medyo mababaw mga kwento pero sobrang kaaliw...

Mga ala-eternity ang dating pero BETTER:
The eagle shooting heroes-- sobrang okay! recommended... marami na itong versions starting from 1979 VERSION, 1982 version, 1994 version puro hongkong yan, then there's the China version i just watched a few months ago...

The return of the condor heroes-- katuloy ng eagle shooting heroes... okay sobra!!! versions available: HK- 1983 version (andy lau), 1995 version (Louis Koo), Singapore Version, TAiwan version-1996 ata... (not recommended dahil binaboy nila yung story... dito ako nawalan ng gana manood ng taiwan tv series kaya nung una nirereject ko ang MG1), REcently shooting the China Version

==SUPER RECOMMENDED MOVIES==
1. A Fighter's Blue (A-Hu)- This is the 100th movie of Andy Lau, Vanness Wu recently did Star Runner (Shao NIan A-hu literally meaning Young A-hu) but the story is not connected although the plot is almost the same, they also had the same director. Highly Recommended kasi pinalabas ito sa mga prison cell ng Thailand, Singapore, Hongkong etc... coz this movie is just so inspiring.
2. Infernal Affairs 1,2 and 3(just showing in HK)- okay din to.. ganda plot... suspense sobra starring Andy Lau, Tony Leung, SAmmi Cheng etc...
3. Lahat ng God of Gamblers panoorin niyo highly recommended din yan... hehe...
4. Shaolin Soccer- not bad...
5. All Stephen Chow movies :bounce:
marami pa... pagod na ako... basta... if u need to watch these movies with english subs naman yan eh... go to ongpin, mei-ah... yun lang

hey, may nakapanuod ba nito? japanese series sya. kasabayan nya ang "at 17" pinalabas. its about this 2 doctors, isang laging nakawhite and isang laging nakablack ang suot. the white guy is always perceived na mabait tpos si black guy bad. but in the end the black guy saved the white doctors life. basta super ganda **** nito.

i dont know why but i was never hooked to korean series, tlgang japanese ang nagugustuhan ko. this series and "at 17" elementary pa ako ng napanuod ko but man, tlgang ang ganda hanggang ngyn ndi ko **** makalimutan!!!
